Time2Split iOS App

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Time2Split (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms of Use, Time2Split grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Description of Service

Time2Split is a bill-splitting application that allows you to:

• Scan receipts using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract items and prices
• Create and manage shared bills among participants
• Assign items to individual participants or split items evenly
• Calculate proportional tip distribution
• Determine minimum payment transactions needed to settle debts
• Save and reuse participant groups
• Support 30 international currencies

4. Pricing and Payment

Time2Split is a paid application. The purchase price is set and managed exclusively through Apple's App Store Connect.

• The app requires a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges
• There are no in-app purchases or additional paid features
• All features are fully available upon purchase
• Payment is processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID
• The price may vary by country or region according to Apple's pricing tiers

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple. If you have questions about your purchase or wish to request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate any laws or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the App's operation
• Sell, trade, or transfer rights to the App
• Use the App in any way that infringes intellectual property rights

6. User Content

• You are responsible for the content you store in the App, including bill data, participant names, and receipt images
• All data is stored locally on your device; we do not have access to your content
• See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling

7. OCR and Calculations

• OCR accuracy depends on receipt quality, lighting, and print clarity
• All calculations (splits, tips, debt settlements) are mathematical approximations
• The App is not a substitute for professional financial or accounting tools
• Time2Split is not responsible for any financial disputes arising from its calculations

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rodriqe and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written consent.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RODRIQE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RODRIQE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INACCURATE OCR READINGS OR CALCULATION ERRORS.

11. Modification of Terms

Rodriqe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.
