Safeplace iOS App

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Safeplace (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms of Use, Safeplace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate any laws or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the App's operation
• Sell, trade, or transfer rights to the App
• Use the App in any way that infringes intellectual property rights

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Trial and Automatic Renewal

Safeplace Premium offers an auto-renewable subscription with a free trial period for eligible users:

4.2 How the Free Trial Works

• The free trial is available only to users who have not previously subscribed to Safeplace Premium
• At the end of the 7-day free trial period, you will be automatically charged the renewal price (varies by country) unless you cancel before the trial ends
• You will receive a notification from Apple before the first charge is applied

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the free trial ends to avoid charges. Cancel anytime by:

1. Opening the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tapping your Apple ID profile
3. Selecting Subscriptions
4. Selecting Safeplace Premium
5. Tapping Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. However, if you cancel after charges have been applied, you will lose access to Premium features at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple. If you have questions about your charges or wish to request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Premium Features

With Safeplace Premium, you gain access to:

• Unlimited encrypted folders
• File size limit of 200 MB per file
• Unlimited password-protected folders
• Export, import, and backup functionality
• iCloud backup capabilities
• Full app lock customization

Free tier users have access to:

• 3 non-template folders
• 2 password-protected folders
• 50 MB file size limit per file
• Basic app lock features

6. User Content and Privacy

• You are responsible for the content you store in the App
• Safeplace encrypts your data on-device; we do not have access to your files
• See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and processing

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rodriqe and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written consent.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RODRIQE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RODRIQE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Modification of Terms

Rodriqe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.
